To:  Brenda, Ethan and Dylan

If I'm still working for the government, I have an emergency policy with SAMBA worth $17,500.  That policy pays out within 48 hours of notification and is intended to help alleviate the immediate financial stress resulting from my departure.

My SAMBA policy number and phone is:

My primary federal life insurance policy is worth approximately $280,000.

My federal life insurance policy number and phone is:

My Will, will reflect the intention of this e-mail as a legal testament, so this e-mail may serve as a guide in the interim.

It is my will that my home located at 816 Crestview, Page, Arizona be completely paid off with Bank of the West, the mortgage holder.  My wife, Brenda Kay Narada is entitled to live there for the remainder of her life, after which my entire estate is divided equally between my two sons:

Ethan Shawn Narada and Dylan Tyler Narada.  Brenda will bequeath specific personal effects to her daughter, Tammy Kay Bannister, and provide details in a separate legal instrument.  Tammy was the legal heir of her paternal grandmother's estate.

The account number and phone at Bank of the West is:             The mortgage is the only financial object maintained by Bank of the West.  After the mortgage is paid off, any remaining monies in that account are not marked for a specific purpose.

My school loans automatically terminate in the event of my death.  My school loans are managed by Navient, (Sallie Mae, formerly).  It is imperative that you submit a copy of my death certificate to Navient via fax or phone.  Navients contact information is:

I have conducted research regarding Navient and discovered criminal practices conducted by them.  For that reason, notify our primary bank, The National Bank of Arizona [NBNA] in Page, AZ:  Provide a copy of my death certificate to the bank and ask them to block any future attempts by Navient to debit money:  Navient has a history of deliberately misplacing documentation to prolong unauthorized debits under the guise of ignorance.  Navient will claim that a trite and unprovable administrative discrepancy caused the error.  Don't let that happen.

My NBNA account number is:
My Navient accounts and contact information is:

ALL of our bills and operating expenses are set on automatic.  As long as funds are made available in the NBNA account, the household will continue to operate unencumbered.  Provided that the mortgage is paid of at Bank of the West, Brenda should be able to maintain the household with her one job and the balance of my insurance policy.  I will make more specific stipulations in a legal will so that there is no confusion in the matter.

My sons already know that my estate will be divided by them, once Brenda passes away.  She may, at her discretion, impart specific belongings of mine, to them, and / or make decisions commensurate with changing conditions and circumstances.

Brenda retains a 34% state in the estate.  Ethan & Dylan each have a 33% stake.  When Brenda passes on, Ethan and Dylan each inherit the entire estate which is 50% to each.  Tammy has express permission to select objects that belonged to her Mother and take them.

This e-mail will be updated as conditions unfold.  It is logical that the latest time-stamp found in the sent folder would be used.  To prevent fraud, NO e-mail, to this effect, can be recognized beyond the date of my passing.  It is my intention to keep the latest copy of this e-mail in The Last Will and Testament for consistency.
