Laying down

Laying down is the process of achieving a "lengthened" state.

Uncurl with the lower back laying down first; middle back, release
&
widen shoulders, neck, head on books.

Raising
Legs

Without uninhibiting your laying down position, move one leg; knee to
ceiling,
so that the leg is balanced.
l
Without disturbing the raised leg, raise the other one in the same
fashion.
l
Use the pelvis to spread the back so that it spreads like mercury –
practice.
l
Consciousness of your movements and practice will make the improvements
2nd nature.
