Cooking Ingredients & Directions:  2 - 2 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
2 - 2 1/2 pounds pork stew meat (approximately 5 pounds of meat total)
BROWN meat, add Mostly Spice and chopped garlic as it browns. Cover with water and boil until meat is tender.
ADD: 1 container HOT green chili (from freezer section)
1 container MILD red chili (from freezer section)
1/2 package frozen hominy (or 2 large cans - drained)
1 can of small red beans (I use pinquitos when I have)
Continue boiling until broth has thickened some.

Serve with warm tortillas.  ** Note: If you want this milder, use milder chili instead of the HOT

The best Pasole you'll ever taste. My co-workers (who are from Mexico) said it's just like Mexicano cooking.  I use to use BACA chili from the freezer, but cannot find any more, so whatever brand is available will work.
