Write to the US Copyright Office and ask for Form PA:

Fill out and return the form with the filing fee and a copy of your original work.

The Library of Congress will enter your copy into a computerized database to determine that your work is 60% (or less) similar to any other work on file.

Once your copy is verified, your copyright certificate should arrive within 6 weeks.
