v State counties can NOT remove a
citizens constitutional right to consume or use legal substances on his
or her own property.
v Business owners may designate smoking areas that comply with local health ventilation codes, regardless of what a city legislates. If city planners don’t like it – they can eat somewhere else. v It's counterproductive and arrogant to legislate blanket ordinances that do not represent the best interests of a community. Government is "For The People, By The People," and The People have made that clear: v A few hundred Colonists fought an Empire 280 years ago and won! The Declaration of Independence compels us to "Install NEW Guards for our future security" whenever the sitting government ignores the Founding Documents. v The FBI uses guns and so do outlaws. In both contexts, the weapons are inanimate
objects incapable of motive or thought. “A
gun does not make anyone a killer – killing makes one a killer.” Only a liberal mentality strives to create
blanket legislation that deprives everyone of their rights.
v America’s Founding Documents are
guaranteed by a few million ARMED Americans.
v THE UNITED STATES HAS ONE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND: THE US CONSTITUTION. v Anyone residing on American soil who is unwilling to defend and uphold the founding instruments of the United States WILL relocate to a nation whose premises they can endorse. v Emma Lazarus did not invite foreigners to our shores so that they could turn this nation into the depravity that they abandoned. If foreigners think that their anti-American ways are so adorable, then they should pack up and go back home – they were never welcome here to begin with. v Residents who learn English and love
our nation should receive expedited citizenship.
