v 95% of the US Code is not
Constitutional -- and the public is aware of that fact.
v Attorney fees need to be capped at or below $70/hour and attorneys should be banned from practicing government comprehensively. Attorneys need to ‘interpret,’ not ‘manipulate’ the law. v Someone who orders hot coffee at a carry-out window and spills it on them self does not deserve $8M. Now everyone wants to be so lucky. v Remove the indemnification of legal
professionals comprehensively. Statistics and elections are
insufficient grounds to criminalize the innocent.
v All DUI’s are capital offenses when a
motorist kills someone: Nobody forces a drunk to drive.
v Bartenders are NOT responsible
for the actions of their patrons. The
system needs to grow up.
v All laws that transfer responsibility for one's actions to another must be repealed immediately. The entire system is about money -- not justice. v 100 years ago it was standard practice for a judge to inform a jury of their rights as jurors: v A jury could acquit at any time. v A jury could ask that a witness speak longer. v A jury could bring witnesses back to the stand. v A jury could overturn the requests of either side. And MOST important: v A jury did NOT have to convict, even though common practice today invalidates the purpose of a jury by telling the jury that they MUST convict. v If judges were forced to leave their
gated communities and endure the brutality of a less-privileged life,
they would not so casually criminalize the innocent based on a petulant
world-view.
